Return Policy

Applies to: Customer purchases.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

  1. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  2. Perishable goods (food, flowers), personalised items, and digital products are not returnable.
  3. Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

How to Return

  1. Go to My Orders in the Customer App or website.
  2. Select the order and click Return Item.
  3. Provide a reason and upload photos (if damage is claimed).
  4. The vendor will review your request within 3 business days.
  5. If approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back (or the vendor may arrange pickup).

Return Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to a mistake by the vendor (wrong or defective item), Senteclick or the vendor will cover return shipping.
  2. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost.

After the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund (see Refund Policy).
