Return Policy
Applies to: Customer purchases.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers), personalised items, and digital products are not returnable.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
How to Return
- Go to My Orders in the Customer App or website.
- Select the order and click Return Item.
- Provide a reason and upload photos (if damage is claimed).
- The vendor will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back (or the vendor may arrange pickup).
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake by the vendor (wrong or defective item), Senteclick or the vendor will cover return shipping.
- If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost.
After the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund (see Refund Policy).
