Cancellation Policy

1. Customer‑Initiated Cancellation

Before the order is confirmed by the vendor:

You may cancel the order directly from the app/website. No cancellation fee applies. Your payment will be refunded automatically within 2 business days.

After the order is confirmed by the vendor but before it is shipped:

You may request cancellation from the order page. The vendor has 24 hours to accept or reject. If accepted, you receive a full refund (minus any payment processing fees, if any). If rejected, the order proceeds.

After the order has been shipped or delivered:

You cannot cancel – you must follow the Return Policy.

2. Vendor‑Initiated Cancellation

Vendors may cancel an order if:

  1. The product is out of stock.
  2. The customer’s address is not serviceable.
  3. The customer refuses to pay the correct total (e.g., after coupon correction).

In such cases, the customer receives a full refund automatically.

3. Delivery Man Cancellation of a Delivery Assignment

A delivery man may cancel an assigned delivery only if:

  1. The order pickup is beyond the stated radius.
  2. The customer/vendor is abusive or refuses to cooperate.
  3. An emergency prevents fulfilment (must notify support).

Excessive cancellations may lead to suspension of the delivery man account.

4. Force Majeure

Orders or deliveries may be cancelled due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). In such cases, refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
