- With Service Providers
- Payment processors (e.g., Pesapal, PayPal, mobile money), cloud hosting, analytics, push notification services, and customer support tools. They only receive data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually bound to protect it.
- For Legal Reasons
- When required by law, court order, or government regulation; to protect our rights or prevent harm; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Location Data (Critical for Delivery Man App)
The Delivery Man App requires continuous access to precise location data (GPS) while the delivery person is on duty. We use this data to:

- Verify delivery completion and prevent fraud.
You can turn off location access at any time via your device settings, but doing so will prevent the delivery man from receiving or completing orders.
