Refund Policy

Applies to: Customer refunds for returned orders or cancelled orders.

Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will issue a refund according to the original payment method:

Partial Refunds

In certain cases (e.g., missing parts, minor damage), the vendor may offer a partial refund. You can accept or reject it. If you reject, you must return the item for a full refund.

Refunds for Orders Cancelled by Vendor

If a vendor cancels an order after you have paid, you will receive a full refund automatically within 2 business days.

Non‑refundable Items

  1. Digital products that have been downloaded.
  2. Services (e.g., gift cards, classes) unless otherwise stated.
  3. Items returned after the 7‑day window.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time, first check with your bank or payment provider. Then contact us at refunds@senteclick.com.
